About Me
I am a qualified counsellor with over 5 years experience supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and life challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship difficulties. I work with adults from diverse backgrounds and aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported. My practice draws on an integrative approach, using Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused methods and others, tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
